Refunds/Exchanges

If you require a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your item.  Please note that sale items, mystery flower collars, custom flower collars and Wear Wild subscription products are excluded from our refund/exchange policy.

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage for all refunds/exchanges unless there is a fault with your product.  Returned items must be returned to us in its original condition.  Failure to return items to us in their original condition will void the refund.  Returned items will be assessed on arrival. 

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days as per the terms stated by Shopify, who manage the financial transactions between us and our customers.
