The information supplied to us by our customers is submitted by our customers via our website provider Shopify (Shopify hold our customer data securely and have their own privacy policy, which can be found here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers), by entering your details on our website you are authorising Shopify to disclose your information to us, so that we can action legitimate business operations, such as fulfilling your order, adhering to obligations as required by law (i.e. complying with legal tax purposes) or to send you a newsletter email (depending on which information you divulge and where on our website you divulge it).  We also use GDPR-compliant applications on our website to enhance our customer’s shopping experience by providing additional services.  By entering your details on our website, you are also authorising us to share the information necessary to complete the fulfilment of your order with our apparel supplier and with delivery companies of our choice. 

 

Such third party disclosure of customer information is only shared to those required to the extent necessary for us to provide our service to our customers, unless we are required by law to divulge such information to aid investigations with regards to fraudulent or illegal activity.

 

 

Data Retention

We store personal information for as long as we believe necessary, until we believe that the information is no longer required for any of the reasons outlined in our Privacy Policy above.  Shopify have the right to retain information for up to 2 years after any closure of our store.
