I can't decide what to buy!  Send help..!

If you're feeling a little undecided or would like advice to style your pup or cat, we're happy to help!  Please feel free to DM us if you would like any help at all with any stage of your order.  We're always more than happy to lend our thoughts and enjoy styling to suit your dogs & cats!

 

Are the snoods really all handmade..? 

Absolutely!  All snoods are created to order.

Due to the nature of handcrafting, there will of course be slight 'quirks' to some handmade products, however we see these as 'beauty marks' of charm, character and uniqueness - something that differentiates us from the mass-produced products.  We pride ourselves on the ability to make something out of nothing with our bare hands (with the help of trusty Eunice the sewing machine!)

 

What is your processing time for orders..?

The standard processing time is 1-2 weeks, however at busier times this can of course increase.  Please keep any eye on our Instagram stories for any changes/updates to the processing time.

In light of the pandemic, please allow up to 14 working days (20 working days if International) after receiving your dispatch notification before contacting us. 

Royal Mail have been brilliant, despite the amount of deliveries they've had to make this year, but they are still working all hours to get through their giant backlog, therefore delays should be expected.

  

What is your customs/duty/import charge policy...?

Taylor & Wild will not be held liable for any customs/import charges or delays, imposed as a result of international postage or in the event your parcel is held at customs.  All fees with regards to customs/duty/imports are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What is your returns/exchange policy...?

We do thoroughly inspect our products to ensure that everything is perfect before dispatching, however if you're not happy for any reason with the received product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item (via email or Instagram DM) with your order number and the reason for return and we'll look to resolve this for you.

Please ensure that the item is returned to us within 30 days of notification to us of return, in it's original condition.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless of course in the unfortunate event a product has slipped through our quality control and is received as faulty).

 

Can I leave a review..?

How wide are the snoods..?

As standard, our snoods are approx 4"-4.5" wide (approx because all of our snoods are handmade, so there will naturally be slight variations).  We do also look to see your dog's breed if you've left an Instagram handle so that we can make the correct judgement for the most suitable height measurement (i.e. a 16" neck sighthound will require a taller snood than a 16" neck frenchie!).

We can of course make an order narrower or wider - just leave a note at the checkout process or DM us & we'll be happy to customise this to suit your preferences.

 

How do I care for my Taylor & Wild Flower Crowns/Collars/Corsages..?

Flower crowns/collars are decorative accessories  and have not been designed to withstand adventures or water, we create them with the idea that they are a  photography prop in mind, so please take care when using your flower crown/collar as they are fragile, despite us making them as durable as we possibly can.

It’s very important that dogs, cats and children are not left unattended whilst wearing flower crowns/collars.  We will not be held liable for any injury caused as a result of neglecting to supervise whilst in use.  Flower crowns/collars are made using small parts and wire, therefore vigilance must be exercised at all times during use.  We would strongly recommend checking your flower crown/collar thoroughly before each use, as parts can naturally move over time and with use.

As flower crowns are made using adhesive floristry tape, due to the nature of adhesive, the tape may become unstuck on the edges from time to time.  You may need to pull gently but firmly on the edge of an exposed piece of tape whilst wrapping it again.  The heat from your fingers and the pulling firmly of the tape will generate the adhesive to stick again.  We would also suggest purchasing a small roll of floristry tape (available from Amazon, The Range and most floristry shops) to ensure any small repairs to tape can be made.

We would recommend storing your flower crowns/collars by hanging them up by the bow, so that the flowers and foliage do not get squashed and lose their shape.

 

How do you suggest I clean my products..?

We would always recommend hand-washing your Taylor & Wild products, but a 30 degrees max wool wash cycle (with a gentle spin setting) is fine for cotton, linen, wool & velvet products.

We would recommend gently reshaping whilst damp and allowing to dry flat.  An iron on a low heat can be used on our cotton and cotton/linen fabrics only.  Do not iron velvet, wool or faux fur.

Charms should be removed prior to washing to protect them from scratches/discolouration.

Due to the nature of our wooden brand tags, they should not be soaked in water for prolonged periods, otherwise they may distort.  Rest assured though - we know that most dogs love to jump into water, so our tags have been treated to withstand the odd submerge/splash/rain shower, etc!)

Faux fur products are strictly spot-clean only.

 

Why is the apparel shipping cost separate to the rest of my order..?

If you are ordering an apparel item and a non-apparel item, you will be charged separately for the postage of each.  Apparel will be sent from our out-of-house supplier to you and non-apparel items will be sent from us.

 

What's Klarna..?

Klarna is a payment method that allows customers to choose to pay later or split payments and pay over the agreed time.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
